Expanding its footprint in the growing city of Austin, Texas, Vesper brings a new, mixed-use residential tower to The Rainey Street District. Named after James Bond’s favorite cocktail, Vesper stands at 41-stories. The 270,000 SF high rise offers 284 residential units and a rooftop pool with cabanas, an outdoor kitchen, clubhouse, fitness center with private spin and yoga studios, co-working space, and a public art gallery. Meant to convey a sense of unpretentious luxury with a high-desert feel, the building has a clean, contemporary, and comfortable aesthetic intended to enmesh with Austin’s quirky culture.
